Cancellation & Refund Policy

If we cannot confirm your slot

If ShootInPRO cannot confirm your requested date and time, you get a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancelled by you

Cancel at least 48 hours before the shoot for a full refund. Within 48 hours, the booking amount may be non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once, free, with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

Prices and GST

The price you see is the total you pay. It already includes 18% GST, and no extra payment-gateway fee is added to your bill.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We request an instant refund from Razorpay; when your bank supports it the money can arrive within minutes, otherwise it takes 5–7 working days. To ask for a refund, email shootinpro10@gmail.com with your booking ID.
